**** IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT FOR PASSWORD CHANGE as of 8/12/2013 ****

As you may know, we have had a technical issue with users ability to change his/her own password in PTA. This issue is now resolved.

Please be on the look-out for change password dialog box (screen shot below) which will pop up in the next several weeks starting tomorrow upto end of September when you login to PTA. Please change to password of your choice, when you are prompted with this screen.

    Attention PTA Users,

This weekend, we will be performing changes/upgrade to PTA system due to One Link project costing integration

    When: Friday 6/14/13 - 6/17/13 (9:00 PM - 6:00 AM) - Pacific Time

    Business Impact:

    1. PTA will be unavailable during the upgrade window.
    2. Inbound Interfaces from project costing to PTA will not be run during the first week due to One Link conversion delays. Accounting data will not be updated until conversion is complete.
    3. PAFís that are routed and not yet approved prior to 6/15 need to be re-printed due to a change in the PAF format. Re-print function will not be available until 6/26. Any re-print of PAFís taken prior to 6/26 will be jumbled and may not be useful to upload using PAF processor.
Key changes due to this upgrade :

    • Addition of 4 new fields to PTA scope Information screen(OL Project Type, Team, OL Integration template, OL#)
    • Purchase Order numbers will be displayed in the contract no. column in PTA contract details screen
    • PTA will no longer contain a record of changes for all active and new projects.
    • Budgets, Commitments and Expenditures are made available from One Link project costing for all regions

The changes were successfully tested by the subject matter experts in the DR environment over the last few weeks and we do not anticipate any PTA availability issues, once Project Costing goes live on Monday. Please send an email to PTA-help in case of any PTA related issues.

Suspension of OneLInk PTA Accounting Interface for Northwest and Mid-Atlantic Regions

Due to processing issues reported by OneLink, commitment and expenditure information for Northwest and Mid-Atlantic regions that were expected to upload to PTA beginning Monday night will be delayed until further notice. OneLink is investigating the issue and hopes to have a resolution soon.

Until this is resolved, the information in PTA that is typically updated by accounting interfaces will remain unchanged.

PTA's 1st Month-end Close for Northwest and Mid-Atlantic regions will be run at close of business 7/3/2012.

New: CostModel has a separate Homepage.

If you are looking for CostModel Login or other information, please go to the CostModel Homepage. (You can use CostModel tab above or use the Quick Link to CostModel from NFS Website. Itís the second item from top).
